Job summary

You will supervise Maintenance Technicians, schedule and document work to meet cGMP and safety standards, and coordinate preventative maintenance and calibrations. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or trade training preferred.
• 5+ years of maintenance experience in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• 2+ years in a lead or supervisory capacity.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily oversight, coaching, direction, and performance input for Maintenance Technicians.
• Develop and maintain daily/weekly team schedules, assign tasks, and monitor workload per policies and cGMP.
