Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. in Raynham, MA, is seeking a Facilities Director to lead integrated facilities management for a pharmaceutical manufacturing and admin portfolio. You will oversee operations, building infrastructure, asset lifecycle, and regulatory compliance while driving reliability and cost performance.

You will supervise staff, manage budgets and vendor partners, and build strong client relationships with a focus on environmental health and safety, GMP, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of experience and education.
• Experience leading facilities management teams in regulated environments such as pharmaceutical or life sciences.
• Knowledge of GMP-regulated operations, asset lifecycle, and regulatory compliance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision to employees, including training, evaluations and coaching.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, task assignment and cross-training to maintain service quality.
• Monitor operating budgets, capital planning, and vendor relationships for optimal performance.
• Lead environmental health and safety programs and regulatory compliance initiatives.
• Develop action plans to achieve contract savings and improve financial performance.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure exceptional customer experience.
