Qualifications

• 10+ years of digital content strategy, DTC copywriting/editing, or MLR content operations in pharma/healthcare.
• Proven experience creating consumer-focused health content for DTC websites.
• Strong command of English grammar and editorial standards across digital channels.
• Experience using Veeva Vault and managing live MLR review sessions.

Responsibilities

• Lead DTC content strategy and copyediting for web assets to ensure clarity and regulatory compliance.
• Manage end-to-end content workflows and timelines across regulatory and digital production pipelines.
• Facilitate live MLR review sessions and track feedback for editorial updates.
• Collaborate with Brand Teams, Product Owners, Agency Partners, and Regulatory reviewers.
