Qualifications

• Minimum of 2–3 years of sales leadership or people management experience.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, onboard, coach, and develop a high-performing team of pharmaceutical sales representatives.
• Create and execute district business plans to achieve and exceed sales goals and market share objectives.
• Lead by example through field coaching and timely feedback to strengthen selling skills and clinical knowledge.
