Job summary

Jubilant HollisterStier is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor I to lead aseptic operations in Spokane, WA. This on-site role focuses on cGMP compliance, production execution, and team development to deliver high-quality sterile products.

You'll drive KPIs, coach frontline staff, and coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering. Competitive wages start at $40.85–$48.06 per hour with a 15% shift differential, benefits from day one, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree can be used in lieu of 2 years’ experience.
• Minimum 2 years in manufacturing, production, operations, logistics, or other regulated environment.
• Demonstrated lead, trainer, coordinator, or informal leadership experience.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, SAP, TrackWise and MasterControl.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in a production environment.
• Collaboration and team building.
• Accountability · Risk assessment.
• Passion for cGMP compliance and Continuous Improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily manufacturing execution across assigned areas to ensure compliant, and efficient production.
• Promote safety and adherence to safety protocols.
• Own KPIs and provide improvement plans when targets are not met.
• Drive operational excellence through Leader Standard Work and manufacturing standards.
• Oversee production readiness including staffing, materials, equipment status, and documentation.
• Review and approve manufacturing documentation including batch records and logbooks.
• Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Warehouse, Engineering to resolve production issues.
