Job summary

Jubilant HollisterStier LLC in Spokane, WA is seeking a Production Planner to plan and schedule SVP filling lines and packaging operations. The role includes managing MRP/MPS, coordinating SAP process orders, and ensuring raw materials for upcoming production runs.

You will also plan new product introductions, schedule machines for efficiency, and monitor inventory and expiration factors critical to pharmaceutical manufacturing. On-site, full-time with day shifts and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent. Associate’s degree preferred.
• Experience in pharmaceutical environment preferred.
• Advanced computer and software skills required.
• SAP or other ERP’s experience required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule production of SVP filling lines and inspection & packaging.
• Evaluate Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and coordinate changes to Master Production Schedule (MPS) and review inventory reports.
• Maintain Process Orders in SAP, including release, notes for deviations, TECO; include rework orders and project orders.
• Request raw materials to meet future production runs.
• Plan/schedule activities for new product introductions.
• Schedule machines considering raw material and equipment availability, inventory levels, drug importance and sales evolution.
• Prepare expiration reports and inventory input analysis.
