Job summary

Keywords Studios is seeking an experienced operations professional for the DWO team in Indianapolis, IN. You will assist with inbound/outbound processing of clinical trial finished goods at the K401 Distribution Warehouse, ensuring compliance and timely delivery to clinical sites.

You will help write procedures, manage documentation, and support continuous improvement initiatives. The role emphasizes collaboration with Quality, Engineering, and Distribution Support Services, as well as

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field required.
• Minimum 5 years of GMP environment experience—pharmaceutical preferred.
• Attention to detail across multiple projects.
• Excellent interpersonal and networking skills; able to work cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Assist operators with receiving, inventory, shipping, stickering, supply management, destruction, and special projects of clinical trial finished goods.
• Write, review, and manage K401 procedures, tools, trainings, and related documentation.
• Support adherence to policy, procedure, and business plan to meet performance objectives.
• Ensure compliance with local regulatory laws and policies.
• Support quality documentation in QualityDocs (Deviations, Change Controls, SCARs).
• Collaborate with internal & external stakeholders to resolve shipment issues and ensure timely delivery.
