Job summary

Peoplelink Staffing, in partnership with a leading pharmaceutical distribution company in the Allentown, PA area, is seeking a Distribution Associate, Inventory Control to join their Operations team. The role focuses on investigating and resolving inventory issues to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.

The position supports warehouse operations and customer service, with a first shift pay rate of $23.00–$25.00 per hour and opportunities for process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree required
• 1-3 years of Distribution, Warehouse, or Inventory Control experience
• Working knowledge of SAP inventory transactions
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS); Manhattan WMS preferred
• Intermediate skills with Microsoft Excel and Outlook
• Experience with RF scanning technology
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and GMP compliance

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve inventory-related issues
• Assist Receiving and Operations with discrepancy resolution
• Support cycle counting activities and investigate variances
• Process RGAs and resolve return-related issues with Customer Service
• Handle returned products, including return-to-stock and destruction procedures
• Work with Quality Control and Warehouse teams on inventory transactions
• Process, receive, and ship controlled substances in compliance with regs
• Generate inventory reports and KPIs
• Assist with picking, auditing, and quarter-end activities
• Utilize SAP, WMS, and RF technology daily
