Job summary

Zentiva is seeking a Demand and Supply Manager to ensure continuous, compliant supply of pharmaceutical products and to support patient safety through robust demand and supply planning. You will collaborate with Commercial, Medical, and Regulatory teams to forecast demand and coordinate supply with manufacturing sites.

The role requires strong GDP/GMP knowledge, SAP proficiency (MM/PP/SD), and fluency in English and German.

Qualifications

• Experience in supply chain planning or logistics in pharma or generics.
• Knowledge of GDP/GMP requirements and pharma supply chain constraints.
• Proficiency in S&OP, forecasting, and inventory management best practices.
• Advanced SAP knowledge (MM/PP/SD).
• Fluent in English and German (minimum B2).

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain demand forecasts with cross-functional teams.
• Plan and coordinate product supply with internal and external manufacturing sites.
• Monitor inventory levels, service levels, and forecast accuracy.
• Identify and manage supply chain risks and capacity constraints.
• Maintain master data in SAP; support S&OP processes and reviews.
• Ensure GMP/GDP compliance and company policies.
