Zentiva is seeking a Demand and Supply Manager to ensure continuous, compliant supply of pharmaceutical products and to support patient safety through robust demand and supply planning. You will collaborate with Commercial, Medical, and Regulatory teams to forecast demand and coordinate supply with manufacturing sites.

The role requires strong GDP/GMP knowledge, SAP proficiency (MM/PP/SD), and fluency in English and German.

Qualificações

• Experience in supply chain planning or logistics in pharma or generics.
• Knowledge of GDP/GMP requirements and pharma supply chain constraints.
• Proficiency in S&OP, forecasting, and inventory management best practices.
• Advanced SAP knowledge (MM/PP/SD).
• Fluent in English and German (minimum B2).

We are looking for a Demand and Supply Manager (m/f/o) (maternity leave cover) to strengthen our growing team.

As a Demand and Supply Manager (m/f/o) you ensure the continuous and compliant supply of pharmaceutical products to the market. Through effective demand and supply planning, you contribute to patient safety and reliable product availability.

What Would Be Your Main Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain demand forecasts in collaboration with Commercial, Medical, and Regulatory teams
• Plan and coordinate product supply with internal and external manufacturing sites
• Monitor and optimize inventory levels, service levels, and forecast accuracy
• Identify and manage supply chain risks (e.g., capacity constraints, regulatory delays)
• Ensure accurate master data maintenance in SAP
• Support S&OP processes as well as Demand and Supply Review meetings
• Ensure compliance with GMP, GDP, and company policies

We Need You To Have:

• Proven experience in supply chain, demand/supply planning, or logistics ideally within the pharmaceutical or generics industry
• Strong understanding of GDP/GMP requirements and pharmaceutical supply chain constraints
• Solid knowledge of S&OP, demand forecasting, and inventory management best practices
• Advanced SAP knowledge (MM / PP / SD); experience with forecasting tools and BI dashboards is a plus
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and quality
• Excellent stakeholder management skills in cross-functional and regulated environments
• Ability to manage pressure and make sound decisions impacting patient supply
• Fluent in English and German (minimum B2 level)
