Job summary

Jobtailor in Evanston, IL is seeking a data analytics professional to independently research, organize, analyze, and visualize client data for pharmaceutical and life sciences commercial projects. Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with 2 to 4 years’ professional experience, or PhD.
Proficiency using Microsoft Office products, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Strong analytical and quantitative aptitude through coursework or other experience.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to learn quickly and demonstrate active listening skills.
Ability to work effectively with others and adapt quickly.
Ability to effectively lead small groups.
Intermediate coding skills (SAS, Python, R, VBA, etc.) and/or knowledge of data visualization software such as Tableau or Power BI, preferred.
Pharma data sources and domain experience preferred.

Responsibilities

This position more independently researches, organizes, analyzes, and visualizes client data, to support the conception, execution, and integration of various data projects for the commercial efforts of pharmaceutical and life science firms.
This position also more independently implements, supports, and facilitates various solutions that help clients be better positioned for product launch and commercial success.
