Job summary

Technical & Engineering Consulting LLC is seeking an experienced Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) Project Manager to support a major capital expansion project within a leading pharmaceutical facility in Carolina, Puerto Rico.

The role requires strong leadership to oversee civil, structural, and architectural construction from concept through commissioning, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and budget objectives are met in a highly regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years capital project mgmt in pharma/industrial environments.
• Experience managing projects >= $5 million.
• Knowledge of civil/structural/architectural construction, GMP, project controls, scheduling.
• Bilingual English/Spanish; OSHA 30 certification.
• PMP preferred; Puerto Rico experience; Owner's Representative exposure.

Responsibilities

• Lead pharmaceutical manufacturing capital projects from concept through commissioning.
• Serve as Owner's Representative ensuring alignment with objectives and specs.
• Oversee civil, structural, architectural construction and site development.
• Supervise facility structures, finishes, and exterior systems per codes.
• Coordinate engineering, construction, contractors, stakeholders for delivery.
• Develop and manage execution plans, schedules, budgets, risks, and actions.
