Job summary

Technical & Engineering Consulting seeks a Lead Construction Manager to provide senior field leadership for a major pharmaceutical capital program in Puerto Rico. You will serve as the Owner's representative with field authority across production facilities, OSBL infrastructure, and critical tie-ins.

This role requires 20+ years in large-scale capital construction, OSHA 30, and proven ability to lead multi-contractor teams, ensure safety, quality, and timely mechanical completion on projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline.
• 20+ years of large-scale capital construction experience.
• 10+ years as a Senior Construction Manager on pharma/regulated projects.
• Experience with $500M+ Total Installed Cost (TIC) projects.
• Spanish proficiency strongly preferred for Puerto Rico site leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead the field construction organization and serve as Owner's representative across project areas.
• Provide senior-level field HSE leadership and drive safety across teams and contractors.
• Ensure construction planning, productivity, quality, and schedule execution.
• Coordinate multi-contractor activities and drive constructability input from field.
• Support mechanical completion readiness and timely project milestones.
