Job summary

i-Pharm GxP in Lebanon, Indiana seeks an experienced Project Manager to oversee the Civil, Structural and Architectural scope of a major pharmaceutical capital project. You will interface with the General Contractor, delivering governance to ensure safety, schedule and budget are met.

The role manages scope, cost and change across design, construction, commissioning and handover, with clear reporting to senior stakeholders and decisive governance throughout the program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.
• 10+ years’ experience delivering major pharma/biotech/life-sciences capital projects.
• Experience managing EPC firms or GCs on complex construction programmes.
• Strong CSA building/construction-project experience.
• Knowledge of GMP manufacturing facilities and regulated environments.
• Experience across cost, schedule, risk, contracts and change management.
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience on large-scale greenfield projects valued between $500M and $2B is highly desirable.

Job Title : Project Manager – CSA Building

Contract: Initial 12 months

Working arrangement: Fully on site

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the Civil, Structural and Architectural scope of a major pharmaceutical capital project in Lebanon, Indiana.

The Project Manager will act as the primary interface with the General Contractor, providing governance, prioritisation and clear decision-making to ensure the CSA scope is delivered safely, on schedule and within budget.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day relationship with the General Contractor
• Oversee project scope, schedule, costs, risks and change control
