The role requires a minimum of four years in graphic design and team supervision, a BFA, and advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and AI tools to deliver compelling, compliant visuals for medical audiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Fine Arts degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of related graphic and supervisory experience in pharmaceutical advertising.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Excellent supervisory and management skills.
• Strong design skills including typography, color, photography, and art.

Responsibilities

• Establish credibility with clients at all levels through advanced thinking via clear communication.
• Maintains high standards of reproduction for digital, print, AV, and collateral materials.
• Monitors the quality of finished art and conceptual materials produced by internal and freelance artists.
• Provides direction and guidance to department staff.
• Advises the Creative Director on departmental status and tech needs.
• Encourages professional development of department staff.
• Ensures efficient visual execution of concepts per account priorities and management assignments.
• Consults with the Creative Director and team to achieve agency objectives.
• Approves finished art and supervises alterations or corrections.
• Maintains a current list of vendors and contributors and recommends freelance input.
