BGBx in the United States (KY) is seeking an Art Supervisor to provide direct support to the Creative Director, focusing on creative presentation, client relations, and team oversight. Qualifications

A Bachelor of Fine Arts degree and a minimum of 4 years of related medical education, pharmaceutical advertising experience
Fantastic presentation and communication skills
Excellent supervisory and management skills
Demonstrated organizational, analytical, and interpersonal communication skills
Excellent judgment and decision‑making skills
Excellent design skills, including typography, color, photography, and art
Excellent computer skills with Adobe Acrobat, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator; knowledge of Flash, HTML, and After Effects; proficient in Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Proficiency with Figma and general AI tools
Ability to prioritize workflow and manage competing deadlines
Team player with strong interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

Establish credibility with clients at all levels through advanced thinking and clear communication
Maintain high reproduction standards for all digital, print, and collateral materials
Monitor quality of finished art and conceptual materials produced by internal and freelance artists
Provide direction and guidance to department staff
Inform the Creative Director on department status and equipment needs
Encourage professional development of department staff
Ensure efficient visual execution of creative concepts
Collaborate with Creative Director, account service, traffic, and other teams to meet objectives
Oversee vendor relationships and freelance contributors
Liaise with Creative Director on staffing and workload management
Meet deadlines or communicate extensions when necessary
Coordinate with creative operations on overtime and resource planning
Participate in ongoing learning to stay current with advertising techniques
