Qualifications

• BA degree with 3+ years of paralegal experience.
• Extensive knowledge of corporate governance, IP, employment litigation and HR law.
• Strong organizational, customer service and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with reviewing, drafting and revising various contracts (CDAs, MSAs, SOWs, supply agreements, collaboration agreements).
• Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations and other materials.
• Perform legal research and monitor laws and regulations in relevant fields.
• Maintain procedures, forms and legal policy documents.
• Assist with litigation and dispute resolution.
• Manage Intellectual property portfolios.
• Coordinate matters with Human Resources as necessary.
