Cosette Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is seeking an External Manufacturing Manager to oversee day-to-day operations with contract manufacturing and packaging partners, driving supplier performance and supply continuity. You will lead Virtual Plant Team activities and collaborate with Quality Operations and Technical Services.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in pharmaceutical manufacturing or external manufacturing, with travel about 20% and a hybrid work schedule in New Jersey.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, Science, or related field.
• 5+ years in pharmaceutical manufacturing, supply chain, or external manufacturing.
• Experience working with CMOs, CPOs, or external supply partners.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary operational contact for assigned CMO and CPO partners.
• Lead Virtual Plant Team governance and performance reviews for assigned suppliers.
• Monitor supplier performance against service, quality, delivery, and cost expectations.
• Manage production schedules, supply commitments, and inventory requirements.
• Coordinate issue resolution and escalation management across internal and external stakeholders.
• Partner with Quality and Technical Services to drive supplier performance improvements.
• Ensure contract adherence and execution of supplier commitments.
• Track and mitigate supply continuity risks.
• Support product launches, technology transfers, validation activities, and lifecycle changes.
• Facilitate supplier business reviews and action plan execution.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the external supply network.
• Develop operational dashboards and supplier performance scorecards.
