Job summary

IPS-Integrated Project Services, LLC is seeking a dedicated Superintendent to lead on-site construction activities, coordinate trades, and support the Project Director and Project Manager on pharmaceutical and life sciences projects at our Somerset, NJ location.

The role requires 5+ years of non-residential experience, a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or engineering, and a strong focus on safety, scheduling, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience as a construction superintendent leading non-residential construction projects (pharma, labs, manufacturing, refineries, mission critical).
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline, or an equivalent technical degree.
Candidates with experience at large, nationally recognized general contractors are encouraged to apply regardless of specific project experience.

Responsibilities

Lead on-site construction activities for assigned trades and oversee field operations.
Support Project Director, Project Manager, Construction Manager and Senior Superintendent with schedule, manpower, and coordination.
Develop and maintain project schedules, durations, and sequencing logic; monitor budget for assigned trades.
