Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyze blueprints and prepare detailed cost estimates.
• Perform accurate quantity takeoffs from design documents.
• Develop final 'should cost' estimates for trade cost validation.
• Support senior staff in identifying efficiency improvements.
