Teva in Parsippany, NJ seeks a Manager of Commercial Training to drive learning programs that elevate selling skills, product knowledge, and business acumen. You will plan, organize, and facilitate new hire training and certify programs in collaboration with Commercial Training & Development, Sales, and Marketing.

You will lead launch readiness, develop content, and align with leadership to maximize uptake of training while navigating regulatory processes and vendor partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in education, science, communications, or business-related field.
• 4+ years of pharmaceutical industry experience in sales, marketing, training or related roles.
• 2+ years of home office therapeutic training experience or field training experience.
• Experience in Neuroscience or Psychiatry strongly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate launch readiness activities, including training content, meetings, and certification programs.
• Execute blended training programs at new hire training, national meetings, and regional events.
• Coach and train sales associates during training events and provide feedback to field managers.
• Evaluate curriculum and keep training current and relevant for the field.
• Stay current with training trends and attend professional meetings or trainer development events.
• Suggest solutions aligned with strategic priorities and understand regulatory approval processes.
• Demonstrate vendor management skills and leverage innovations for optimal outcomes.
