Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced Project Manager for pharmaceutical/clean room projects in the Malvern, PA area. The role requires 7-10 years of commercial construction experience in a PM capacity and a related Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

You will oversee proposals, schedules, budgets, and preconstruction activities, coordinating with design teams and owners. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for building high-performing teams.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of commercial construction experience in a Project Management role.
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related discipline or relevant work experience.
• Experience running commercial projects in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or life science environments.
• Strong technical ability including reading/interpreting drawings.
• Experience with MS Office, Prolog, Primavera.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve bid packages, schedules, and help create site utilization plan.
• Conduct pre-bid conferences, identifies project staffing requirements, and provides value engineering ideas.
• Manages project financials and maintains knowledge of project budget.
• Actively participates in preconstruction services and engineering sessions by coordinating with design team and owner and reviewing design documents.
• Demonstrates strong leadership to coach, mentor and build motivated teams.
