Job summary

Metric Geo is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead multi-sector construction efforts from preconstruction through completion, coordinating field operations with the Superintendent and design teams.

You will manage budgets, schedules, subcontracts, and safety while building strong client relations and ensuring quality and on-time delivery across pharmaceutical, biotech, and advanced manufacturing sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management.
• 5+ years of relevant construction experience.
• Cost management and ability to estimate project costs.
• Proficiency with Sage/Timberline and Procore.
• Experience with MS Project or Primavera P6 and Revit.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day management of construction projects with the Superintendent to meet schedule and budget.
• Participate in pre-construction, VE, and design-build coordination with design firms.
• Review drawings and specs for function and compliance, and coordinate with subs and clients.
• Direct and coordinate construction team to ensure deliverables.
• Manage subcontractor insurance, bonding, and change management.
• Collaborate with Estimating, Purchasing & Scheduling to optimize resources and costs.
• Support safety programs and report to leadership on project status.
