Job summary

Metric Geo is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead modular cleanroom and controlled environment projects across pharmaceutical, biotech, semiconductor, and life sciences sectors. You will oversee field operations from preconstruction through project completion, coordinating with Estimating, Purchasing, Scheduling, and design teams.

You will drive cost control, risk mitigation, and schedule adherence while maintaining strong client and subcontractor relations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction experience related to responsibilities.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering/CM discipline.
• Cost management and ability to estimate project costs.
• Experience with Procore, Sage/Timberline, and design-build processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day construction project management with the superintendent to meet schedule and budget.
• Participate in pre-construction activities with Estimating and Project Team; support VE efforts.
• Review and interpret designs and specs; advise on best approaches to meet function and standards.
• Direct and coordinate the construction team to ensure deliverables are met.
• Ensure subcontractor insurance and bonding requirements are met; manage minority requirements.
• Collaborate with internal resources on pricing, scopes, manpower, and schedule.
• Support marketing with project data sheets and renderings.
