Job summary

Metric Geo is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead innovative projects across pharmaceutical, biotech, semiconductor, life sciences, and advanced manufacturing sectors, overseeing field operations from preconstruction to completion.

The role requires coordinating with estimators, purchasing, and scheduling, managing subcontracts and change orders, and ensuring safety, quality, and budget adherence on site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering or construction field.
• 5+ years of construction experience directly related to responsibilities.
• Strong cost management and estimating abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day construction project management with the superintendent to meet schedule and budget.
• Participate in pre-construction activities and value engineering as needed.
• Review designs and specs, coordinate with design firms, and ensure compliance with codes and standards.
• Direct and coordinate construction team members to deliver project milestones.
• Manage subcontracts, procurements, and subcontractor compliance with insurance/bonding requirements.
• Monitor project safety and quality control and report to leadership weekly.
