Job summary

Legalpmpartners is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead capital projects in a pharmaceutical manufacturing setting in Arecibo, PR. The role oversees scope, schedule, budget, safety, and quality across design, procurement, construction, commissioning, qualification, turnover, and financial closeout.

You will coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, EHS, quality, validation, automation, IT/CSV, procurement, and finance to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Experience managing capital projects in regulated manufacturing/pharma.
• Proven ability to lead projects from planning through turnover and closeout.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, milestones, and execution strategies.
• Develop integrated project schedules and execution plans.
• Lead design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and validation.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external vendors.
• Monitor budgets, forecast cash flow, and track variances.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation and recovery plans.
• Manage documentation, reports, and governance reviews.
• Support funding, turnover, and financial closeout activities.
