Job summary

Technical & Engineering Consulting is seeking a Warehouse Design Lead to support a major pharmaceutical capital project in Puerto Rico. The role leads warehouse design concepts, layouts, and integration with automation, quality, and operations across all design phases.

You will coordinate with A/E firms, engineering teams, and supply chain, ensure GMP compliance, and drive design decisions to deliver safe, compliant, and efficient warehouse facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 8+ years of relevant professional experience in industrial, pharmaceutical, or large-scale facility design.
• Demonstrated experience with warehouse or logistics facility design.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary engineering and project teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and coordination of warehouse design concepts, layouts, specifications, and design requirements.
• Provide design leadership throughout conceptual to detailed design, construction support, and C&Q.
• Ensure alignment between warehouse design, site infrastructure, and overall facility strategy.
• Coordinate with A/E firms and multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Ensure design execution aligns with approved design intent and operational requirements.
• Lead resolution of warehouse-related design issues and coordinate design changes.
