Validation & Engineering Group, Inc. (V&EG), a Pinnaql company, is seeking a Project Manager with a strong background in manufacturing, including pharma, biotech or medical devices.

Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience leading Commissioning & Qualification, capital, construction, NPI, and expansion projects. The role demands excellent leadership, proactive management, and strong communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the manufacturing industry.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsabilités

• Develop, implement, and oversee project plans to achieve goals within budget and schedule.
• Lead project teams effectively, providing guidance and direction to team members.
• Coordinate project activities, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful completion.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and take corrective actions as necessary.
• Communicate with stakeholders to provide updates on project status and address concerns.
• Resolve project-related issues promptly to keep projects on track.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards throughout the lifecycle.
• Available to work extended hours, possibly weekends and holidays.
