Job summary

Travel up to 50%, manage governance, schedule, budget, risk and stakeholder engagement, delivering safe, quality outcomes within a matrix organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management or engineering leadership.
• Bachelor's degree in an engineering field.
• Direct experience managing capital investments in manufacturing/pharma.
• Strong drive, resilience, and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Initiate projects with governance and charters; define roles and responsibilities.
• Develop and manage the Project Management Plan; oversee schedule and budget.
• Lead risk and change management; maintain Change Register.
• Steer stakeholder and supplier teams; ensure business requirements are delivered.
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance throughout execution and handover.
