Responsibilities

• Launch Plan Set-up and Management with cross-functional partners
• Lead stakeholder meetings and communicate milestones and risks
• Coordinate across medical, labeling, market access, marketing, sales and ops
• Identify bottlenecks, develop mitigation plans, protect critical paths
• Lead post-launch reviews and capture lessons learned
• Deliver on-time launches with clear readiness and impact improvement
