Job summary

Zoetis seeks a Director of Capital Project Management to lead high-value capital investments within the Global Manufacturing & Supply network. You will direct front-end loading through commissioning, drive governance, and align resources for complex projects across sites.

The role requires 14+ years of capital project leadership, supplier and contract management, and the ability to mentor teams while delivering on safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or related technical field.
• 14+ years of progressive capital project experience with large-scale EPC/ EPCM projects.
• Experience as Capital Project Manager across all phases; strong governance & risk management.
• Proven ability to manage multi-site, cross-functional teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead select strategic investments from front-end loading through commissioning and startup.
• Develop and submit Capital Project Appropriations and coordinate with investment committees.
• Drive standards, processes, and tools for capital project management globally.
• Coach and mentor site resources to enhance technical knowledge and career development.
