Job summary

ZETA USA Inc. in King of Prussia, PA, is seeking a Project Manager to lead pharmaceutical and biotech capital projects from planning to start-up. You will serve as the primary interface between clients, engineering teams, vendors, and contractors, ensuring delivery on time, on budget, and in full GMP compliance.

The role requires 5+ years of PM experience in life sciences, strong scheduling and budgeting skills, and the ability to read engineering drawings. Travel up to 25% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical discipline.
• 5+ years of project management experience in pharma/biotech.
• Experience managing schedules, budgets, forecasts, and client communications.
• Understanding of GMP-regulated environments and drawings/technical docs.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% per project needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of capital projects from $500k to $20M.
• Interface with clients, engineering teams, vendors, and contractors.
• Oversee safety, GMP compliance, schedule, budget, and change orders.
• Coordinate procurement, commissioning, qualification, and start-up.
• Present project reports to stakeholders and manage scope changes.
