• BS in Chemistry or related field with 1–3 years pharma experience or MS with 0–1 year.
• Strong time management skills and ability to handle urgent projects within timelines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

• High learning agility and ability to work across functions.

Responsibilities

• Perform chromatographic analyses on samples and develop methods with quick turnaround (1–2 days).
• Analyze HTS-generated samples using RP-HPLC/UPLC, LC-MS and UPLC-MS.
• Document laboratory work in notebooks or reports.
• Support instrument repairs, setup, software troubleshooting, and routine maintenance of LC, LC-MS, SFC, and UPLC-MS equipment.
• Prepare laboratory reagents.
• Analyze/triage data from multiple software.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and productive lab.
