Job summary

Pace Analytical Services LLC in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a lab-based technician to support routine pharmaceutical analytical testing through execution of critical experiments that drive animal health product development.

You will perform LC/HPLC/UPLC, LC-MS, SEC, cIEF and SDS assays, prepare samples and reagents, document data, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance projects while maintaining high quality and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biology, Molecular Biology, Microbiology, or related scientific discipline
• Strong pipetting and quantitative skills
• Attention to detail and high learning agility
• Effective written and verbal communication for documenting technical data
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

• Execute sample testing using LC methods (HPLC/UPLC) and LC-MS, plus SEC, cIEF, SDS assays
• Prepare samples, standards, controls, and reagents for analytical testing
• Perform precise pipetting to support high-quality analytics and data accuracy
• Organize and present experimental data to peers to support project progress
• Document work in batch records or ELNs and ensure SOP compliance
• Collaborate with scientists to share learnings and drive portfolio projects
