Fractal Analytics Inc. in New York, NY is seeking a Senior Consultant, Pharma (Business Translator) to partner with Fortune 100 clients, drive AI consulting, and scale GenAI solutions across Healthcare & Life Sciences programs.

You will translate business questions into analytics use cases and lead delivery with cross‑functional teams. The role requires 6+ years in pharma projects, strong communication, cloud engineering knowledge, and a proven ability to manage complex programs and client

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
• Advanced degree preferred.
• 6+ years proven track record of success in leading Pharma projects in Fortune 100 companies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and internal stakeholders.
• 1+ year in ML/AI/Advanced Analytics/Gen AI development and deployment of solutions in any industry.
• Cloud engineering knowledge (AWS or Azure or GCP) to complement scaling of AI solutions in client ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Drive multiple projects as a billable consultant for fortune 100 companies.
• Translate commercial business questions into clear, actionable analytics use cases.
• Act as liaison between data science teams and marketing/sales leaders to ensure insights are commercially relevant.
• Turn complex data and model outputs into simple stories, dashboards, and recommendations for executives.
• Embed analytics into day‑to‑day commercial execution through CRM and marketing platforms.
• Drive Gen AI tools usage to transform methods of delivery to show 30%+ efficiency.
• Drive daily client and account calls, representing the Pharma team and contributing to strategic discussions.
• Drive proposal development and client presentations using latest and greatest, actively contributing to business development efforts.
