Job summary

Fractal Analytics Inc is seeking a Technical Life Sciences Consultant (Data Governance) to drive AI-led transformations for major Life Sciences clients in New York and New Jersey, leveraging enterprise-grade data platforms on AWS and Databricks.

You will partner with engineering, data product owners, and business stakeholders to establish standards, build scalable data models, and ensure solutions are secure, observable, and cost-efficient, while guiding end-to-end delivery.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in AI, software, data engineering, or data architecture.
• 5+ years in life-sciences consulting.
• Experience with Databricks, dbt, Python, Spark, SQL, and AWS services.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture across multi-team delivery models.
• Drive client workshops and solution framing for Fortune 50 clients.
• Define data standards, metadata, lineage, and governance.
• Architect end-to-end data platforms on AWS and Databricks.
• Guide CI/CD, monitoring, and cost-optimization frameworks.
• Translate business needs into scalable data models.
