Job summary

AbbVie Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to plan, schedule, and execute print and digital projects within AbbVie Ad Agency (A3). You will partner with the account manager to coordinate daily activities and maintain brand alignment.

The role requires clear communication, prioritization in a high-volume environment, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and agency tools such as Kantata, Mavenlink, and Workfront.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required.
• 5+ years of project management experience, incl. 3+ years leading creative/strategic projects in advertising or agency environments.
• 1-5 years of pharmaceutical ad agency experience.
• Excellent communications: verbal, presentation and written.
• High energy, organized, able in high-visibility roles.
• Collaborative with ability to balance big picture and细细 details.
• Understanding of print and digital project lifecycles and methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop project schedules, allocate resources, and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Lead status meetings; capture notes and distribute action items.
• Set up and manage routes through internal approval processes (Kantata/WorkFront).
• Coordinate with Medical/Legal/Regulatory review (Veeva) and prepare assets for submission.
• Coordinate interactive resources with studio, programming, and creative leads.
• Be primary contact for third-party vendors; manage expectations and issues.
• Create and maintain project and department documentation.
