Precision AQ in Yardley, PA is seeking an Account Executive to bridge client services and project delivery. You will lead communications with clients, manage project timelines and budgets, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful, compliant promotional activities for payer-driven campaigns.

The role emphasizes strong client management, content planning, and collaboration with internal teams. Travel up to 5% may be required; a Bachelor’s in marketing or related field is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications or related subject
• At least one year of experience as an Assistant Account Executive or Account Executive in advertising/marketing/communications
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Flexibility for travel up to 5%
• Healthcare/medical communications experience is a plus
• Experience with writing SOWs and project briefs; contributing to strategic documents preferred

Responsibilities

• Acts as lead point of contact on assigned projects within the client account
• Coordinates content planning meetings with key content experts and personnel
• Manages timelines and budgets; communicates milestones to stakeholders
• Supports development of client proposals, budgets and reconcilations
• Ensures quality control of client deliverables and maintains client expectations
