Parker Staffing is seeking a Financial Analyst to support financial operations for a Bristol, TN-based pharmaceutical manufacturer. The role focuses on financial analyses, forecasting, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration with leadership and teams across Sales, Supply Chain, and Regulatory Affairs.

The ideal candidate will be analytical, detail-oriented, and able to own complex financial projects, build models, and drive data-driven recommendations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, accounting, business analytics, corporate finance, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, profitability analysis, and financial modeling.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including complex models, data cleansing, macros, and large datasets.

Responsabilités

• Prepare detailed financial analyses, forecasts, and pro forma reports to support planning and decision making.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance financial models to evaluate pricing, profitability, and opportunities.
• Create dashboards and monthly reporting packages to evaluate performance.
• Conduct variance and root-cause analyses and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Prepare executive-level reports and Board-ready materials for reviews.
