Qualifications

• Active client service management with direct client interaction.
• Experience guiding a brand through POA, launch, positioning and campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Oversee account team and drive projects from brief to delivery with QA.
• Oversee contract development, scope of work, and staffing plans with PM heads and clients.
• Provide strategic direction at major steps of the creative process.
• Manage brand profitability by reviewing financial reports and ensuring revenue targets.
• Engage with client business to develop and execute business-building ideas.
• Guide client and team with deep knowledge of brand and therapeutic area.
• Lead agency/client strategic sessions and share outputs with the broader team.
