Fingerpaint Marketing, Inc. seeks an Account Supervisor to drive marketing strategy across segments, manage large client relationships, and oversee workload and profitability for assigned business. Note: ability to commute to Parsippany, NJ is required.

The role requires 4–5 years in pharmaceutical advertising with strong client service management experience and an ability to lead cross-functional teams through campaigns and launches.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 4–5 years of pharmaceutical advertising agency experience.
• Active client service management experience.
• Experience across POA, launch, positioning, and campaigns.
• Familiarity with FDA rules and MLR review process.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee account team from brief to deployment and ensure final output quality.
• Oversee contract development and staffing plans with PMs and clients.
• Provide strategic direction at major creative milestones.
• Manage brand profitability by reviewing financial reports to ensure revenue targets.
• Engage with client business to deliver stellar, business-building ideas.
• Guide the client using knowledge of brand and therapeutic area.
• Lead agency and client strategy sessions and share outputs with team.
