Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee account team to drive and own projects from brief to deployment; ensure quality control.
• Oversee contract development and staffing plans with PMs and clients.
• Provide strategic direction at key steps of the creative process.
• Manage brand profitability and budget adherence.
• Immerse in client business to champion business-building ideas.
• Guide the client using brand and therapeutic area knowledge.
• Lead agency and client strategic sessions; craft outputs for the broader team.
