Job summary

Fingerpaint Marketing, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Group Account Supervisor to lead marketing strategy across multiple segments. You will influence mid-level client relationships, manage workload and profitability, and travel locally to clients in NJ as needed.

The role requires 4–7 years in pharmaceutical advertising, strong client service skills, and the ability to guide campaigns from concept to launch while leading cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 4–7 years of pharmaceutical advertising agency experience.
• Active client service management, working directly with clients and executing projects.
• Experience guiding a brand through cycles (POA, launch, positioning, campaigns).

Responsibilities

• Oversee account team to drive projects from brief through deployment, ensuring final output meets client expectations.
• Provide strategic direction and approvals at key steps of the creative process.
• Oversee contract development and staffing plans with PM, heads, and clients.
• Manage brand profitability by reviewing financial reports and ensuring projects stay within budget.
• Guide the account using deep knowledge of brand and therapeutic areas.
• Lead agency and client strategic sessions; produce outputs for broader teams.
• Manage junior staff.
