Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in engineering/technical science related to biopharma.
• 15+ years in technical roles within biopharmaceuticals or pharma engineering.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Familiarity with cGMP/GLP, ICH, FDA CMC, ISPE PDG Guidance.

Responsibilities

• Define tech direction and roadmaps for DP equipment technologies.
• Lead technology visions and execution across DP network.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure safety, quality and compliance.
• Scout new technologies and translate into deployable initiatives.
• Support CAPEX projects with value engineering and design reviews.
• Establish standards and communities of practice across sites.
