Trusted with defining standards and co-developing roadmaps, you will advance digitalization, quality, and regulatory compliance across sites, lead communities of practice, and mentor site SMEs to sustain technical capability.

Qualifications

• Technical, scientific and/or engineering degree with 10–15 years of technical experience in biopharmaceutical/pharmaceutical engineering.
• Proven knowledge in Engineering technologies supporting product development and/or manufacturing, ideally in Drug Product equipment.
• Strong technical, interpersonal, communication and leadership skills.
• Recognized as an expert and leader in their field (e.g., leads industry forums).
• Knowledge of cGMP/GLP, ICH, FDA CMC, ISPE and PDA guidance.

Responsibilities

• Lead technology visions, strategies, and roadmaps for DP equipment technologies.
• Provide DP process engineering support across multiple sites in a matrix organization.
• Evaluate existing processes/equipment and define improvements for yield, efficiency, and operability.
• Establish technology groups and Communities of Practice to share best practices.
• Develop standards, guidelines, and templates for DP equipment technologies.
