Job summary

Takeda is seeking a senior engineering leader to champion the transformation of process and manufacturing technologies for the DP network. You will set technical direction, build visions and roadmaps, and enable scalable, compliant solutions across DP plants.

Responsibilities include leading DP process engineering strategies, benchmarking technologies, and driving digitalization to improve control, reliability and efficiency. Strong cross-site collaboration is essential.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of technical engineering experience in biopharmaceutical/pharma manufacturing.
• Proven knowledge of DP equipment technologies and manufacturing processes.
• Strong knowledge of cGMP/GLP, ICH, FDA CMC, ISPE and PDA guidance.

Responsibilities

• Lead technology visions and roadmaps for DP equipment across multiple sites.
• Benchmark against peers and translate into deployable, value-based initiatives.
• Drive digitalization and data-driven decision making for operations, quality and compliance.
• Provide technical SME support to CAPEX investments, design engineering, and vendor audits.
