Job summary

The Judge Group is seeking a Pharmacy Floor Technician – Texas Licensed to support pharmacy operations in Texas. You will pick, label, scan, and prepare finished prescriptions for pharmacist verification in a production‑focused setting.

Qualifications

• Texas Pharmacy Technician license active and in good standing.
• Strong reading, writing, speaking and understanding English.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work at a moderate production speed with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Prescription Preparation — Pick, label, scan, and prepare finished prescriptions for pharmacist verification.
• Daily Drug Orders — Fill daily drug orders accurately and efficiently under pharmacist supervision.
• Returns & Disposal — Process returned drugs and recycle/dispose per procedure.
• Prepacking — Assist in prepacking frequently ordered medications, label, and store during low-volume periods.
• Manual Packaging — Package materials and products manually.
• Medication Pulling — Pull/pick medications from shelving and storage areas.
• Blister Card Labeling — Apply labels to blister cards and scan products for accuracy.
• Quality Alerts — Alert pharmacist of any product not scanning properly.
• Workstation Maintenance — Maintain workstation areas and replenish stock supplies.
• Regulatory Compliance — Follow all applicable government regulations including HIPAA.
• Department Policies — Comply with safety, attendance, and dress code requirements.
• Other duties as assigned.

Pharmacy Floor Technician – Texas Licensed

Location: Texas

Schedule

• Week One: Opening shift, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Week Two: Closing shift, 11:30 AM–8:30 PM
• Weekends: Every other Saturday & Sunday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Overtime, holidays, and extended hours may be required

Pay Rate: $19/hr

About The Role

Minimum Requirements

• Education — High school diploma or equivalent.
• Speed & Accuracy — Ability to work at a moderate production speed.
• Communication — Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Licensure — Clear and active Texas Pharmacy Technician License issued by the Texas Board of Pharmacy.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience — Previous pharmacy technician experience.
