Job summary

The Boeing Company in Berkeley, MO, seeks a Senior Engineering Manager to lead Phantom Works mission systems and software teams, ensuring staffing and resources for technology development and production transition. Qualifications

5+ years of project leadership experience.
5+ years in mission systems and software development and integration.
Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
Bachelor of Science in Engineering or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Lead design, development, testing and delivery of mission systems and software for technology development and transition to production.
Oversee engineering design/integration to meet customer requirements on schedule and budget.
Drive planning and execution across cost, schedule and technical performance.
Apply metrics to identify issues and mitigate risks proactively.
Manage, develop, and retain engineering personnel.
Provide updates to PW Leadership Team and engineering leadership.
