Job summary

Premier Golf in Alpharetta, GA is seeking a strategic PGA Relationship & Travel Program Manager to build and scale our flagship program.

You will lead partnerships with PGA Sections, develop business plans, recruit a regional team, and drive revenue growth through premium golf travel experiences. The role offers a base salary around $85-90k with earnings potential up to $120k and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of golf industry experience.
• Strong relationships with PGA Sections and PGA Professionals.
• Proven ability to create business plans and drive growth.
• Experience leading teams and managing P&L.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a multi-year master business plan for the PGA program.
• Establish KPIs, targets, and market share strategies.
• Lead partnerships with PGA Sections and key stakeholders.
• Build SOPs and manage workflow from lead gen to post-trip follow-up.
• Recruit, mentor, and manage Regional PGA Relationship Consultants.
