Job summary

Premier Golf in Alpharetta, GA, seeks a Guest Services & Sales Support professional to coordinate proposals, itineraries, and client communications for luxury golf travel experiences. You will work with the Travel Specialist, vendors, and internal teams to ensure accurate bookings, timelines, and post-travel follow-up, while contributing to sales enablement with decks and proposals.

Candidates should have 3–5 years in travel or hospitality sales support and be proficient with Zoho CRM, Google

Qualifications

• Experience: 3–5 years in travel, golf, or hospitality sales support.
• Logistical Expertise: Strong knowledge of international travel logistics.
• Industry Knowledge: Background in golf travel, destinations, courses, and tournaments.
• Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Google Suite, Zoho CRM, and travel management platforms VueTrip, Travefy.

Responsibilities

• Prepare client proposals, itineraries, and manifests with 100% accuracy across accommodations, tee times, transfers, and international flights.
• Communicate with high-level clients, global suppliers, luxury hotels, and premier golf courses to confirm details and resolve issues.
• Maintain records of bookings, deposits, payments, and deadlines; create client travel insurance quotes.
• Coordinate group logistics, arrivals/departures, and bespoke requests aligning with client expectations and vendors.
• Collaborate with operations and accounting to ensure smooth handover of programs and support sales efforts with high-end decks and proposals.
